Thentia Cloud is a SAAS provider for regulation and government. Faciliting and eliminating paper processes for purposes such as applications, licensing, permitting, complaints, inpections, investigations and disciplinary action.
Task
Design the mobile application that aligned with our current web portal and data infrastructure which will allow inspectors to perform inspections offline and in remote locations.

The Design Process
Journey Mapping & User Flow
When starting any project, design and solutions should be outcome based.
- What does the user want or need to do?
- What needs to collected or performed by the user in order to accomplish or complete their goal?
These questions help come up with some user stories.
- Main Outcome: As an inspector, I want to perform inspections even in remote areas or in times when wifi / mobile connection may not be available.
- As an inspector, I want to see and download inspections for offline use that are scheduled today and this week.
- As an inspector, I want to perform the inspection.
