BMO, Bank of Montreal was in the midst of redefining their brand identity and completely redesigning their websites. The goal was to modernize their digital presence to better reflect their innovative solutions while creating a seamless and engaging user experience.

The technical constraints of the redesign were that we could only update the CSS and leave all underlying HTML structures as is.

Due to market size and high net worth clients, Asia was the first to start realigning their client websites. I collaborated with their team and piggy backed some of the design concepts they had already researched and tested.
This was the first initial mockup that was presented. I felt account details and the portfolio snapshot needed more visual prominence. I proposed optimizing larger screen real estate and natural reading order: top to bottom and left to right.
I then connected with BMO Nesbitt Burns and grabbed screenshots of their current website. At the time they were leveraging a third party data and service provider called Sungard.
Coding and making the CSS updates myself, I was able to accomplish this screenshot capture of the final implementation.
